Do you need a prescription?

Our Patient portal is connected to your medical records and it makes our communication safer and efficient.
You can use it to ask for your regular medication.

How to use the portal?

  1. Click here or on the button above.

  2. Log-in or registration:

    1. Log-in: If you've used the portal previously, log in using your email & password..

    2. Registration: Is it your first time using the portal? Click on "New registration or forgotten password", fill in your email and click on "Register"

      1. You will recieve a confirmation email, that will allow you to create your own password.

      2. After completing the steps above, you can log in to the Patient portal.

For log-in and registration, you must use the email that is in your medical records with us.

You can also use the form below, although we would like to ask you to use the portal primarily. Kindly ask for all medication at once.
Should you have another inquiry, use the Patient portal to write us a message or send us an email to ordinaceovenecka@seznam.cz and identify yourself with full name and birth year.
